Q : Why doesn't my computer switch on ?

A : If there is still a light on and nothing happening the likely culprit is the Main board ( Motherboard - the main circuit board inside your PC tower or laptop - If its totally dead with no lights then its the power supply which is not that expensive to fix unlike the main board

Also check the simple obvious - power cables (try different cables) electric outlet etc

Q: My computer is slow (Online and in general)

A: There are many reasons why a PC Laptop is slow - could be the hardrive is cluttered with cookies and unwanted files (especially online) by simply defraging the hardrive and performing routine maintanence (win 10 goto Windows administrative tools ) will help to speed up - to be online now you need windows 8 at very minimum to run reasonbly fast - the bandwidth now online is large compared to even a few years ago - if your running windows 7 you will find it very difficult - its not advisable to spend alot of money on a older machine you be better off getting newer PC 2017 + and opt for a solid state hardrive much faster !

Also by trying to upgrade to win 10 with a older PC is not the best idea either the older PC will not be able to handle the large graphic files etc

Q: Windows Won’t Boot / Recovery mode

If you are having troubles booting Windows, then you may have to reinstall it with the Windows recovery disk. You can also boot into Recovery mode on your PC or laptop by switching off then powering up - then continously tap on either Delete or F1 or F2 ( some manufactures different) there are options there to bring back to factory settings which will also wipe out all your files so be careful its the virus malware files you are wanting to destroy
